About the event
Perhaps you’re experiencing anxiety, burnout or maybe you feel overwhelmed. I promise you are not alone! I also have experienced, burnout, anxiety and overwhelm for many years.
Stress comes in many forms. At its core, it is the perception that we lack resources and that our basic needs are not being met. Our sense of safety is being threatened.
It can come from every day events like work, home and relationships but it is my experience that our relationship with stress and how we manage it as adults has its roots in our early years.
The good news is that this doesn’t have to be your everyday experience.
In this workshop we will be exploring:
-What is stress? It is not all bad
-Its function and anatomy.
-Physical, mental and emotional symptoms
-Tools on how to manage with stress in everyday life
-A slow gentle yoga flow to rebalance the nervous system
-A guided meditation
-Journaling
All levels welcome, you don't need to have practiced yoga before to attend.
About Valeria:
Valeria is a yoga teacher, energy healer and homeopath with 12 years of experience. She is passionate about holding a safe space with no judgment for deep transformation. Valeria will be offering tools which have helped her to understand her own anxiety and stress throughout the years and feel safe, calm and connected to herself.
