About the event

Step into 2023 with a strong foundation, a calm mind, and an inspired heart.

In the midst of so much overwhelm, we need a space to discover and nurture ourselves and our intentions for the New Year. With this vinyasa-based practice, we will release the old and set new foundations as well as ignite the spark within that brings inspiration.

A well-rounded flow practice, contemplation, journaling, and meditation are some of the tools we will be exploring to meet yourself in the mat during the time together.

The New Year is a portal into a new cycle with a brand new vibration that gives us the opportunity to reset and start fresh. We leave the residues of the previous year behind and, with a fresh perspective; we plant new seeds of intention and trust in the path that is unfolding for each one of us.

It is my intention for this workshop to create a safe space for you to dive into your wisdom and inner guidance and set new foundations supported in our beautiful community.
